Brunch lovers rejoice! After a brief hiatus, Hideout is bringing back its brunch service every Sunday beginning March 5 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Enjoy dining on Hideout’s open-air lanai and indulging in brunch favorites like the loco moco made with wagyu beef topped with creamy gravy and a sunny side egg, or buckwheat pancakes smothered in Kona coffee maple syrup and macadamia nut butter crafted by executive chef Justus Keliehor.

Hideout is also friendly to the late risers, who may be looking to opt for a meal with items from our dinner menu.

But enough about the food, because no morning meal is complete without breakfast cocktails. Hideout introduced Mimosas for the Table brunch special ($36) that includes one bottle of prosecco and choice of juice to share with your friends. You can also choose a more savory breakfast cocktail such as the Hideout Bloody Mary mixed together with local Pau Maui vodka, housemade bloody mary mix and garnished with crispy bacon.

Don’t forget to end your brunch with some caffeine and sip on a cup of local coffee from Big Island Coffee Roasters. Hideout offers a full service coffee bar that serves a variety of ice or hot drinks, teas and juices.
