Hideout is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Waikiki at The Laylow, Autograph Collection. They have a new dinner menu, and Executive Chef Justus Keliehor and Fuchsia Yamashiro, Hideout General Manager, joined Living808 to showcase a few of the new dishes. Chef Justus put together his tasty new Seared Kampachi dish, showcasing locally caught fish on crispy rice with miso sauce.

Chef also brought a few other additions, among them is the Seared Scallops, beloved by patrons for its impeccable sear and presentation on a bed of Okinawa Sweet Potato Espuma, topped with Yuzu Caviar butter. To satisfy the sweet tooth, they added indulgent Mac Nut Espresso Brownie, featuring dark chocolate bliss crowned with Mac Nut Gelato and a tantalizing moonshine caramel drizzle. Yum!

Fuchsia also shared about Hideout’s upcoming March events, including International Women’s Day specials, Brunch with a Side of Shopping, and St. Patrick’s Day festivities. Celebrating its 7th anniversary, Hideout offers $7 appetizer specials.
