When are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins after 3 p.m., and our check-out time is 11 a.m.

Is there on-site parking?
Valet parking is available on-site 24/7 for $65 per night.

Can I store my luggage?
We're able to store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Please note that this service is available same-day only, and we aren't able to store luggage overnight.

Do you allow smoking?
Our rooms are all about fresh air and good vibes! Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, vape, marijuana, incense, or candles, isn’t allowed. Our rooms are equipped with smoke-sensitive sensors that will detect any smoke. A $350 cleaning fee applies if this policy is broken. Mahalo for keeping our rooms inviting for all guests!

Where can I get a rental car?
Please visit our on-site Go Tours Hawaii concierge between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. for assistance with booking car rentals. Avis is also available at the International Market Place on the main floor, next to the customer service desk.

How far is the beach?
Five to seven minutes' walking distance. Less, if you walk fast. Just don't forget your sunscreen.

Do you have beach or pool towels?
Yes, we got you. For a complimentary towel, please see us at the front desk or the gift shop.

Is the pool heated? Is there a hot tub?
We don't have a hot tub or heated pool available, but the pool is tempered, and trust us, that's what you'll need the most.

Is there a laundry facility?
We do not have on-site laundry facilities. Please reach out to one of our staff members to connect with Hakuyosha Dry Cleaning or contact Tama Laundry LLC for wash and fold service.

Do you offer room service?
Yes, room service is available by scanning a QR code, which you can find in your room's compendium and also in your welcome letter.

We have free coffee and tea available upon request, 24/7.

Where is the ice machine on my floor?
Freezers with pre-bagged ice are located on the lobby level and 15th and 16th floors.

What is your pet policy?
We're proud to be pet-friendly. Please note that we do charge a one-time, $150 pet cleaning fee for your furry friend at the end of your stay.
